Lucky97 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky97 ("Lucky97", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Lucky97 online gaming platform accessible at lucky97.click, including all games, features, promotions and services available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit or playing any game on Lucky97, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Lucky97. Lucky97 is operated as an online entertainment and gaming platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. The platform is available in English and is intended for use by Pakistani residents aged 18 and above. By accessing Lucky97, you represent that you are doing so lawfully in your jurisdiction and that your use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.

To register and maintain an account on Lucky97, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky97 does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the depositing payment method.
• You must be a natural person — companies, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities may not hold player accounts on Lucky97.
• You must not be a current employee, director or contractor of Lucky97, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from Lucky97 or have had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

Lucky97 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your account until verification is complete.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold exactly one account on Lucky97. Creating more than one account — whether under your real name, a pseudonym or using a different contact number — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance contained within them.

When registering your Lucky97 account, you agree to:

• Provide your accurate, complete and current name, Pakistani mobile phone number, date of birth and any other information requested during registration.
• Keep your account details up to date and notify Lucky97 promptly of any changes at support@lucky97.click.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not share access to your account with any other person. Lucky97 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Notify Lucky97 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Lucky97 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of your payment method before a withdrawal is processed. Verification documents must be genuine. Submission of fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All transactions on Lucky97 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Lucky97 accepts the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit on Lucky97 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional identity verification before being credited to your balance. Lucky97 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside Lucky97's control.

Deposits are credited to your Lucky97 balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider — typically immediately for Easypaisa and JazzCash. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact Lucky97 support with the transaction reference number.

Lucky97 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if we have reason to believe a deposit was made fraudulently, in error or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, Lucky97 will notify you by the contact details registered on your account.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a valid identity document and proof of your payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all parties.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-linked portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not affected by bonus wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time provided no bonus is currently active.
• Lucky97 targets processing verified withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one to two business hours. Delays beyond these timelines should be reported to support.

Lucky97 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Lucky97 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any size if there is reasonable cause to do so. If a withdrawal is delayed for verification reasons, Lucky97 will inform you promptly.

Lucky97 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the amount you must wager before the bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — become available for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion description on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds and real-money balance are tracked separately in your Lucky97 account. Real-money deposits can be withdrawn at any time; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% while certain table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new Lucky97 players and are limited to one per person, household, device and payment method.
• Lucky97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have their existing terms honoured.

In cases of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence except where the game rules are more specific.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on Lucky97 use certified RNG systems that are independently audited to ensure statistically random and fair outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games represent the theoretical long-term average return across a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating from a licensed studio. All live games are recorded, and Lucky97 reserves the right to review recordings to resolve disputes. The dealer's decision on game outcomes is final subject to review of relevant footage.

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether a software error, disconnection or any other platform failure — bets that were in progress at the time of the malfunction may be declared void at Lucky97's discretion. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. Lucky97 reserves the right to withhold a payout pending investigation if there is reason to believe that a winning outcome was the result of a technical error, software malfunction or exploit rather than fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky97 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or playing on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players — including sharing hand information in live poker, coordinating bets or any other form of organised cheating
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform software for financial gain
• Abusing bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Using Lucky97 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Lucky97 staff or other players
• Attempting to access parts of the Lucky97 platform that you are not authorised to access

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
• Loss limits — caps on the amount you can lose within a given time period

• Self-exclusion — permanent closure of your Lucky97 account. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed

Lucky97 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Inactivity — accounts with no login for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Lucky97 reserves the right to forfeit the balance remaining in the account. Where closure is due to operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may also choose to close their own Lucky97 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@lucky97.click. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete.

All content on Lucky97 — including but not limited to the Lucky97 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and all text — is the intellectual property of Lucky97 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Lucky97's intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Lucky97 content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of Lucky97's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

Lucky97 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lucky97 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions in games of chance or skill
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or device problems on the player's end

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky97's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Lucky97 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Lucky97, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, Lucky97 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support and regulatory compliance. We do not sell player data to third parties. Players may request a copy of their data or ask for its deletion by writing to support@lucky97.click.

Lucky97 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Lucky97 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using Lucky97 and, if you wish, close your account in accordance with Section 10. Any balance in your account at the time of closure for this reason will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedure described in Section 5.
